ipranking.io is a global entertainment IP intelligence platform that tracks real-time demand for anime, gaming, and character IPs across 86 countries. It serves as a public benchmark for the entertainment industry, making IP performance data transparent and accessible.
The platform aggregates data from 6 independent sources — Netflix, YouTube, Google Trends, AniList, MyAnimeList, and Wikipedia — and synthesizes them into the Character Valuation Score (CVS), a composite metric updated weekly every Monday. CVS measures four dimensions: social buzz, search demand, global reach, and source coverage.
ipranking.io is built on a transparency-first methodology. The scoring formula, data sources, and update cadence are fully documented. All ranking data is published under a CC BY 4.0 license, enabling free use by researchers, journalists, and industry analysts.
