Overview

IP Ranking provides public entertainment IP demand intelligence based on observable public signals. This page explains the categories of information we may collect when you use the site or contact us.

The current production site does not introduce an account system, form backend, payment flow, CRM integration, or new data collection workflow.

Information We Collect

Usage data: We may collect analytics data such as page views, device/browser information, approximate geography, referrer/source, and interaction events.

Access or request data: If you contact IP Ranking by email or a request link, we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as name, work email, company, role, research question, or requested category.

Communications: We may retain correspondence with users, companies, rights holders, researchers, or partners so we can respond to inquiries and maintain context.

How We Use It

We use analytics and communications information to operate the site, understand which pages are useful, respond to inquiries, improve research workflows, and evaluate interest in private data access or custom research.

We do not use CVS scores or public demand-signal data to identify individual visitors.

Cookies / Analytics

IP Ranking uses analytics tooling to understand site usage and measure public-page performance. Analytics may rely on cookies or similar browser technologies depending on user settings and provider behavior.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect analytics measurement but should not prevent access to the public ranking pages.

Third-Party Data

IP Ranking aggregates public demand-signal data from external source families described in the methodology. These are source observations about entertainment IP demand signals, not personal user profiles collected by IP Ranking.

Data Retention

Analytics data and inquiry communications may be retained as needed for site operations, measurement, support, research follow-up, legal review, and business recordkeeping. Retention practices may vary by provider and operational need.
