These draft-style terms describe expected use of IP Ranking. By using the public site, you agree to use it responsibly and in a way that respects the limits of demand-signal information.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site. Separate written agreements may apply to custom research, private data access, or other request-based work.

IP Ranking provides entertainment IP demand-signal information, research-oriented pages, methodology documentation, and request paths for business or data-access inquiries.

CVS v1.2 scores and related summaries are informational demand signals. They are not official audience counts, sales figures, revenue estimates, valuation measures, distribution totals, or investment advice.

You may use the public pages for personal research, internal evaluation, editorial review, market learning, and business-intelligence exploration, subject to these terms and applicable law.

When referencing IP Ranking, do not misrepresent CVS scores as official popularity, quality, audience, sales, revenue, valuation, or licensing outcome data.

Do not use IP Ranking to:

• Scrape, resell, redistribute, or bulk-extract site content or data without written permission.
• Disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
• Present demand-signal scores as official audience, sales, revenue, valuation, market-share, or investment data.
• Remove attribution, source context, caveats, or methodology references when sharing excerpts.
• Use the site in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Data or API-style access may be provided by request, private preview, custom research export, or separate written agreement. These terms do not create self-serve login credentials, billing, or public automated access.

Third-party IP names, titles, characters, trademarks, images, and related materials belong to their respective owners. IP Ranking references them for informational, analytical, and research-oriented purposes.

The IP Ranking site experience, original summaries, CVS score presentation, methodology text, visual design, and related materials are owned by IP Ranking or its operator, except where third-party rights apply.

The site is provided as-is and as-available. IP Ranking does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific business, licensing, investment, or legal decision.

Demand signals depend on public-source availability, normalization choices, source freshness, and observed signal coverage. Use the methodology and visible caveats when interpreting scores.

We may update these terms as the site, public pages, request workflows, or private data-access options evolve. The last-updated date will reflect the latest visible revision.
